Unofficial Transcripts can be downloaded from ParentVUE and StudentVUE.

If you need transcripts sent to a College, Organization (NCAA, ROTC, etc.) or for a Scholarship, please complete the following:

1. Fill out a Consent for Release of Student Records

       ** This waiver only needs to be completed ONCE with your first transcript request.  Transcripts and other student records to support the student's application process will not be sent unless this form has been submitted. **

• Email this completed form to @email with Subject Line: Consent Form – Last Name, First Name

2. Complete the Transcript Request Form (Submit 1 for every college application).  Please see Request Due Dates Below.

• Transcript Requests are still required for self-reporting schools.  Failure to do so could result in delayed mid-year and/or final transcripts.
• Should you need to make changes to an existing transcript request (i.e. deadline change, withdrawal of request) please contact @email with Subject Line: Transcript Request Change: Last Name, First Name. 

     3. If a counselor letter is required, please see “Recommendation Requests” below for the required forms.

Test Scores

LBSS does not send Standarized Test Scores (SAT, ACT) to colleges.  You must request test scores to be sent to colleges via College Board (www.collegeboard.org) or ACT (www.act.org)

If you need official transcripts sent for a scholarship or other program (NCAA, Internship, Summer Camp, etc.), please complete the following:

• Please note:  If the student is under 18, this form also needs to be signed by a Parent/Guardian

2. Complete the Current Underclass Transcript Request Form 
3. If a counselor letter is required, please see “Recommendation Requests” below for the required forms.

If you attended or graduated from Lake Braddock within the past 5 years of the current school year, we will need the following:

1. Please complete the Consent for Release of Student Records and  Former Student Transcript Request Form.  Email the forms and required copy of photo ID to @email (subject line: Graduate Transcript Request – Last Name, First Name), mail it to Lake Braddock, or deliver to the Main Office in an envelope labeled “Student Services – Transcripts”.
2. Make a payment of $5 for each transcript requested.  Payment can be made by check/money order payable to Lake Braddock Secondary School or online using the MySchoolBucks link LBSS Guest Transcript MSB. 
3. Transcript Requests will not be processed until payment is received. 
4. If the former student is 18 years of age or older, transcript requests must be made by the former student.

If you graduated from Lake Braddock Secondary School more than five years ago, your transcript is held at the FCPS Records Center. Please call 703-329-7741 or email Records Center at @email.
