Class of 2024 – Congratulations!  All final transcripts have been sent to the college(s) you requested in your senior survey. If you need additional transcripts sent, please see the “Graduated/Attended Within the last 5 Years” below.

Class of 2025 – 

Unofficial Transcripts can be downloaded from ParentVUE and StudentVUE.

If you need transcripts sent to a College, Organization (NCAA, ROTC, etc.) or for a Scholarship, please complete the following:

1. Fill out a Consent for Release of Student Records (Required for every senior, only need to complete 1 time.)  Email this completed form to @email with Subject Line: Consent Form – Last Name, First Name
2. The Transcript Request Form will be available in late-August.  You do not need to wait for your transcript or recommendation to start your application process.  Initial Transcripts will be sent in September. 
3. If a counselor letter of recommendation is required, please see “Recommendation Requests” below for the required forms.

Important Information:

         Test Scores:  If required, it is the student’s responsibility to have test scores sent directly to each college.  Visit the websites below to have your scores sent.

1. Fill out a Consent for Release of Student Records

• Email this completed form to @email with Subject Line: Consent Form – Last Name, First Name
• Please note:  If the student is under 18, this form also needs to be signed by a Parent/Guardian

2. Complete the Current Underclass Transcript Request Form 
3. If a counselor letter is required, please see “Recommendation Requests” below for the required forms.
4. These requests will be processed in mid-August.  If your request has a deadline prior to mid-August, please contact our Registrar at least 2-3 weeks prior to the deadline. 

If you attended or graduated from Lake Braddock within the past 5 years of the current school year, we will need the following:

1. Please complete the Consent for Release of Student Records and  Former Student Transcript Request Form.  Email the forms and required copy of photo ID to @email (subject line: Graduate Transcript Request – Last Name, First Name), mail it to Lake Braddock, or deliver to the Main Office in an envelope labeled “Student Services – Transcripts”.
2. Make a payment of $5 for each transcript requested.  Payment can be made by check/money order payable to Lake Braddock Secondary School or online using the MySchoolBucks link LBSS Guest Transcript MSB. MySchoolBucks link will be unavailable June 19^th – July 1^st for closeout of Fiscal Year.
3. Transcript Requests will not be processed until payment is received. 
4. If the former student is 18 years of age or older, transcript requests must be made by the former student.
5. These requests will be processed in mid-August.  If your request has a deadline prior to mid-August, please contact our Registrar at least 2-3 weeks prior to the deadline. 

If you graduated from Lake Braddock Secondary School more than five years ago, your transcript is held at the FCPS Records Center. Please call 703-329-7741 or email Records Center at @email.
