LB Band Nationally Recognized by Sousa Foundation
The Lake Braddock band program was selected by the Sousa Foundation committee as one of only two schools in the nation to receive the Sudler Flag of Honor award. This is an International Award Recognizing High School Concert Bands for Outstanding Musical Excellence. The LB Band program will receive the flag in a ceremony and concert on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at 7:00 PM.
This award is a culmination of the hard work and dedication of our band directors, Mike Luley, Lou Bean and Jason Miller. Our students have spent countless hours practicing and perfecting their craft.
