Rachel Bailey Parent Program

April 02, 2018

As a parent, you want your children to feel good about themselves and make healthy choices. Lake Braddock Secondary School has the honor of hosting parenting specialist, Rachel Bailey, for two workshops about raising healthy and resilient children. She is going to provide parents of students in grades K-12 with information about where self-esteem comes from, practical strategies to help kids improve their self-esteem, and how to motivate kids to make good choices on their own.

You are invited to two different workshops presented by Rachel Bailey on March 22nd and April 5th from 6:30 to 8:00 pm in our Little Theatre at Lake Braddock. It is a free event for parents and will cover the following topics:

April 5th, 2018 (6:30 – 8:00 pm) in the Little Theatre– "Why Some Kids Make Health Choices and Others Don’t (And What You Can Do About It)” (click on link to flyer for more information)

*April 9th, 2018 (6:30 – 8:00 pm) in the Cafeteria – “Raising Children with Health Self-Esteem in a High-Pressure Culture” (click on link to flyer for more information)
