Parental Consent for Use of Digital Tools

There are digital tools that are used in FCPS that require parental approval, and not all tools will be used by every student. The tools have been carefully reviewed to ensure that they align with the FCPS Learning Model and FCPS conducts the same technical evaluations for all products that use student information.

Parental consent is required for all students, K-12, this year. Parents will need their child’s student ID number and their email or phone number to provide consent. The deadline has been extended to October 30. After that date, alternate arrangements will need to be made for students who do not have parental consent.
