Student and Family Technology Support

For Parents and Students

IT Support

If you or your student needs IT support, the FCPS IT Support website will walk you through all the steps necessary. Please go through the process on the website prior to calling Lake Braddock.

Digital Consent

FCPS is required to secure parental permission for student use of software/applications for which FCPS does not have a confidentiality agreement. Our list of digital resources will be available on our website no later than August 5 and the parent consent web form will be available to you no later than August 10. We must receive your consent prior to the start of school on August 22. We will send additional information and reminders as the time gets closer.

Schoology

As you might have heard, FCPS will be using Schoology in place of Blackboard 24/7 this year. You will need a SIS/ParentVUE account to login to Schoology (http://bit.ly/FCPSSIS). For more information, you can learn more about Schoology here. Parent accounts will be available in mid-August and all information you will need to login to parent accounts will be shared closer to the start of the school year.
